At First Coast Consumer Law, we only represent tenants in consumer, residential landlord/tenant disputes. In Florida, most residential transactions between a landlord and a tenant will governed by the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, Florida Statutes 83.40 et seq. (Landlord/Tenant Act).
